Case Agentic: Case Integrity Summary Process

Veteran or Claimant purchases the Integrity Summary Report 

After purchasing the Integrity Sumary Report, the Veteran will be redirected to a Docusign page allowing you to digitally sign the 21-22a form. This is required to begin preparing your case summary. 

After receiving your payment in full & the signed 21-22a, an Evidence Coordinator will be assigned. The Case Agentic Evidence Coordinator begins preparing your Integrity Summary Report and you will receivc email notfication that your report is in progress. No additional actions are required from you. 

Integrity Summary Report will be sent from Case Agentic via email no later than 14 business days after an Evidence Coordinator is assigned. 

Upon receipt of the report, the Veteran and/or Claimant reviews the summary report.  

Veteran or Claimant will reply via email with 7 days of next action. If no response is received, the Power of Attorney will be auto canceled and Integrity Summary Report will be statused as Closed. 

Veteran is empowered to move forward by indicating which Next Action he/she will pursue. Here are the choices: 

1. Do Nothing. 
2. Veteran wishes to request an Accredidted Agent  or Attorney from Case Agentic provider directory to service claim and/or appeal (a full POA & fee agreement will be sent to begin the claims process). 
3. Veteran wishes to independently manages case and/or appeal or indepenently find a different agent or attorney to represent him/her.
